Fees and Finance Policy
The Fees and Finance Policy is an important document that outlines all our tuition fees and when they become payable. Below is the current version of this document:

Student Loan Company funding (Home / EU undergraduate students only)
Home and EU Students can apply for their funding in advance of commencing their course. The Student Loan Company will make payments directly to the University on your behalf.
All students who are paying their own fees will need to pay in one of the following ways:
- 100% payment on or before 1 October 2018
- 25% payment on or before 1 October 2018
- 25% payment on or before 7 January 2019
- 50% payment on or before 29 April 2019
If you have secured a loan or scholarship payable directly to the University please bring proof with you to registration or email email@example.com.
Any remaining balance of tuition fees due from the student will need to be paid as above.
If a company or employer is paying your tuition fees you will need to bring written proof with you to registration or email firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be liable for the fees if we do not receive a signed agreement form from your sponsor or if the sponsor fails to pay. Further information can be found at go.herts.ac.uk/sponsoredfees
International students may be eligible for a £500 full payment discount if their full tuition fees are paid by 28 September 2018. Please note not all courses are eligible. See the latest information on fees for international students.
International students will need to pay a £5,000 deposit prior to registration. The remainder of your fees can be paid in line with the above liability dates.
